TNT has announced the premiere date for its alien invasion drama Falling Skies, starring Noah Wyle and Moon Bloodgood.
Season Two will begin on Sunday, June 17 at 9 p.m. (8 Central), with a two-hour premiere event. Like Season One, this year will be comprised of 10 hours.
The first episode is titled “Worlds Apart,” and is written by executive producer Mark Verheiden. It will pick up where the story left off, with the alien invaders inviting 2nd Mass resistance leader Tom Mason (Wyle) on board their ship to talk things over.
The new season will include some new faces, including actors Brandon Jay MacLaren (The Killing) and Ryan Robbins (Sanctuary).
