Haven Returns! Season Four Starts Tonight

Syfy Channel’s Friday night hit is back on the air tonight, with the fourth season of Haven premiering at 10/9c.

For us at SciFi Stream it’s also the unofficial kick-off of the new fall season — a very BIG fall season for science fiction and fantasy fans. Haven is the first premiere of the season, to be followed on Monday by series debut of FOX’s Sleepy Hollow (9/8c).

Season Three of Haven ended with Audrey Parker (Emily Rose) and Duke Crocker (Eric Balfour) entering the barn to try and bring an end to the town’s “Troubles,” only to vanish into thin air and leave the fate of the characters unknown.

When we pick up in tonight’s episode, “Fallout,” it’s six months later and Duke is ejected from the barn … without Audrey. On his trek back to town he meets Jennifer Mason (Emma Lehana), a young woman who has her own mysterious connection to the town. While everyone in town continues the search for Audrey, a bartender named Lexie DeWitt pours drinks without knowing that she looks exactly like the missing woman.

Based on the Stephen King novella The Colorado Kid, Haven follows former FBI agent Audrey Parker, who becomes a cop in the small town of Haven, Maine, and soon discovers the town’s many secrets — which also hold the key to unlocking the mysteries of her lost past.
