Revolution Episode 202 Details: ‘There Will Be Blood’

We may still be a couple of weeks away from the big September 25 return of Revolution, but today NBC has revealed new details on the second episode of the show’s second season.

The episode is titled “There Will Be Blood,” and the network’s description includes some spoilers on what will happen in the first episode back. So proceed with caution!

THE MYSTERIES OF LIFE AND DEATH ARE REDEFINED IN WILLOUGHBY AND OUR HEROES FIND THEMSELVES TO BE STRANGERS IN A VERY STRANGE LAND.

Miles’s (Billy Burke) life is in grave danger as he finds himself in the clutches of Titus Andover (Matt Ross). Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) is determined to find Monroe (David Lyons), as Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and her father, Dr. Porter (Stephen Collins) desperately attempt to revive Aaron (Zak Orth). Meanwhile, Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) hatches a plan to infiltrate the Patriots.

Also starring JD Pardo, Patrick Heusinger, Tim Guinee, Jessica Collins, Adam Beach and Nicole Ari Parker.

The trailer for Season Two (below) shows Aaron gravely wounded — like, “Are they killing this guy off?” wounded. If it happens at the end of the first episode (“Born In the U.S.A.”), then the follow-up may focus on the efforts to save his life. Here’s hoping for some heroic medicine (or super-helpful nanites) to keep this character around longer!

“There Will Be Blood” airs October 2 at 8/7c on NBC.
