Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. left us with a doozy of a cliffhanger this week. But not to worry — the show is just taking a short break for the holidays.
The agents return on January 7 with episode 11, titled “The Magical Place.” And from the looks of ABC’s new on-air trailer, we’ll be coming back to a major episode for Phil Coulson. Just what happened at the Battle of New York, and how did he come back from the dead? Centipede wants to know (… and so do we).
Meanwhile, the rest of the team is going to have to fight through their lack of unity and come together to rescue their boss.
