Game of Thrones Gets Another New Trailer
Season Four premieres April 6 on HBO
HBO is moving fast and furious at getting the word out ahead of the fourth season premiere of its fantasy masterpiece. There’s a new trailer today for Season Four of Game of Thrones.
The “Secrets” trailer features Sansa mourning the deaths of her family members, the Red Viper talking with Cersei about revenge, Jon Snow reflecting on what he has done, Dany planning to meet injustice with justice … and dragons! My, look how big they’ve gotten.
Game of Thrones premieres Sunday, April 6 (9/8c) on HBO. Keep it with SciFi Stream all this spring for the latest on Game of Thrones.
Strangely it felt hurried to me.Things I liked:-White Walkers (Jebus cant we just get over TV crap and call them Others I never whcated Lost anyway)-The look of sets, costumes, and scenery. I agree completely with you ladies, awesome job using the land.-Jon Snow, Robert Baratheon, Tywin and Jaime. Sir Jora Mormont is exactly how I pictured in the book.-No fear of tits and blood just like the books.Things I didn’t:-Daenerys. I would have been much happier with a much younger actress whom I didn’t see naked than this one. Don’t get me wrong Emilia Clarke is beautiful beyond compare, but the character loses a ton this way to me.-Pace. I didn’t like how quick it moved. The books aren’t quick and thats about the only thing I like about Martin’s style as a writer.-Targaryens, really? All that money spent and they couldn’t even second hand some violet contacts? I mean that’s supposed to be just as much of a sign of their heritage as their hair.-The Hound, useless, and no where near as burned up as I thought he should be. The armor was kind of cool.-The entire last 3 minutes of the episode. They could have done nearly any other track with that and I think I would have liked it much more.-All of Bran’s climbing felt like I was playing Assassin’s Creed again only I couldn’t control where he was going.-The entire intro title sequence it all seems to have zero bearing on the series. I know it seems all negative, but I’ll keep watching. It’s interesting to me that Sean Bean is actually the least interesting character of the lot. . . I was most looking forward to his portrayal of Ned.
