Sci-Fi This Week: Continuum Begins Its Final Season

Fight for the future! This week Syfy’s Continuum makes its much-anticipated return (it’s been over a year since the third season’s cliffhanger ending), as Kiera Cameron fights to remake her future and save the people she loves.
The 6-episode final season has already started on Showcase in Canada, which will stay one week ahead of the U.S. through the October finale. Syfy will air Continuum on Friday nights, at the unusually late hour of 11 p.m. — so set your DVR now.
Also this week: Halle Barry’s Extant wraps up its sophomore year with a 2-hour event on Wednesday, and on Dominion Alex and Gates try to save Vega from collapsing in on itself. Fear the Walking Dead is also back with its third episode, after taking Labor Day weekend off.

“Lost Hours.” Kiera, injured during her and Brad’s escape from the future soldiers, has a renewed desire to return to her son in the future. Brad reunites with the future soldiers in a bid to gain their trust and work from the inside. Alec gets revenge on Kellog by hacking into Piron which causes unexpected consequences and revelations.

“The Dog.” Travis, Liza and Chris seek refuge with the Salazar family after escaping a violent riot. Meanwhile, Madison defends her home.
