The series returns with its third season this Tuesday
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is back with a new season in just five days! Today Marvel and ABC released the awesome first scene from the season premiere, titled “Laws of Nature.”
The 5-minute cold open picks up some time after the conclusion of the show’s second season. Now Skye (Chloe Bennet) is going by her given name Daisy Johnson, and has learned to control her new powers — in a seriously cool way. Now Daisy leads a S.H.I.E.L.D. team in seeking out Inhumans, powered people with new powers that have been tapped by the Terrigen-laced fish oil pills released at the end of Season Two.
The episode focuses on Joey (Juan Pablo Raba), one such Inhuman living in Seattle, who is also being targeted by a shadowy military organization — the Alien Threat Containment Unit — under the direction of Rosalind Price (Constance Zimmer). Who will get to him first?
