Sci-Fi This Week: Elf Hunters Attack On The Shannara Chronicles
Find out what’s airing in science fiction and fantasy
MTV isn’t usually where our TV is tuned these days, but the cable network’s new fantasy drama is proving to be a lot of fun. The world is intriguing, the story has some compelling twists, and — hey, let’s be honest — the cast isn’t hard to look at.
This week Wil and Amberle have to go in search of Eretria after she is kidnapped by a party of Elf Hunters. Meanwhile, Eretria herself discovers a secret colony of humans.
Also this week is the second half of The Flash‘s trip to Earth-2, where Barry’s friends must work with Killer Frost to rescue him from Zoom. On Arrow H.I.V.E. has a plan to eliminate the Green Arrow and his team once and for all (guest starring Stargate Atlantis‘s Rachel Luttrell), and on The Walking Dead Alexandria’s survivors need a win when they go in search of desperately needed supplies to help them rebuild.

What are YOUR top picks for this week?
Hey just wondering if there was a reason you have not included Shadowhunters on FreeForm (used to be abc family)? Just curious. Thanks for all you do!
Thanks, Mike! Since there are now so many genre (and kinda close to genre) shows on broadcast, cable, and digital, we’ve had to be selective about which shows we cover. I haven’t had a chance to watch Shadowhunters yet. But it’s possible we may add it to the site down the road.
