Season Two

Dylan and the crew must escape a devastating Magog attack, and rescue Tyr and Harper -- who have become infested with Magog eggs. Rev Bem confronts his inner nature.

Dylan, Tyr, Beka and Rev crash-land on an ice planet to avoid a group of Nietzcheans who are pursuing Tyr. Harper must begin to come to terms with his condition, while Rev fights to keep from starving to death.

Andromeda plays host and mediator to a pair of feuding delegates, and Beka finds romance when the crew attempts to steal a legendary Than jewel.

A professor kidnaps Trance and attempts to lift the veil of secrecy surrounding her, while Dylan and the rest of the crew work to find the source of mysterious attacks on cargo ships.

Dylan and crew find themselves in a showdown at an alien bar while looking for a respected government figure who has gone into hiding.

Rommie goes undercover to extract a man with knowledge vital to the salvation of one of the crew's new allies. Rev, Tyr and Harper try to survive as the Maru sinks to the bottom of an ocean.

Dylan and Tyr infiltrate a Nietzchean stronghold, while Beka faces a Drago-Kazov captain in a race to repair their ships. Harper is forced to assume command of the Andromeda.

Dylan receives a message from the past, sending him on a mission to a world populated by people who believe the Commonwealth still exists.

The Andromeda hosts a conference of allies to the new Commonwealth, and find an unlikely Nietzchean ally. Aliens assault the ship -- looking for Harper.

Dylan and Tyr are appointed co-regents for the young heir to the throne of Ne'Holland, who is struggling against the local barons to maintain power after the murder of the royal family.

Harper and Rommie travel to Earth to help Harper's cousin start an uprising against the Nietzchean occupation, while the Andromeda is forced to join a Nietzchean war against the Drago-Kazov.

An experiment gone wrong fractures space and time on the Andromeda, and the crew is forever changed. Harper's Magog infestation threatens to kill him.

Dylan commandeers a tour ship to try and escape Ogami mercenaries, and enlists the help of a tour guide pilot to escape. Harper is forced to deal with Trance's mysterious transformation.

Beka is forced to recall her past when her former lover is reported dead. But the crew are taken captive when Bobby shows up alive -- and with cybernetic implants.

Beka, Dylan and Trance track down a powerful alien device, and find that another group of relic-hunters are competing with them in the search.

The crew comes to the rescue of a drift attacked by their allies, and discovers that the refugees they have taken on board are hosts to an alien parasite -- which infests some of the crew and tries to take over the Andromeda.

Stranded in space on the edge of a black hole, Dylan is trapped in a dream of how his life could have been, while the rest of the crew fights to save him.

Dylan and the crew must face an army of Kalderans to protect a Vedran, who has emerged from the lost homeworld of the old Systems Commonwealth.

Andromeda is crippled when a mythic space creature consumes the ship. Dylan and Trance risk their lives in an attempt to free their friends.

Dylan, Tyr and Rommie attempt to free a fleet of imprisoned High Guard ships from the Nietzcheans, with help from a High Guard artificial intelligence.

Tyr learns that he has a son, and must risk everything to protect him from the Genites when he learns that the child may be the Nietzchean messiah.

The crew welcomes dignitaries from the new Commonwealth's first 50 member worlds to ratify the charter -- but a new alien threat may destroy their work before it is done.
