With plans to return to the island, Jack and Ben set about reuniting the Oceanic 6. Back on the island, Daniel informs Sawyer, Juliet, and the remaining survivors that the island appears to be skipping back and forth in time.

An attack on Sayid leads back to Kate, who tells Jack that someone is challenging her true relationship to Aaron. The island survivors decide to return to the Orchid station, but continue to suffer the deadly effects of jumping through time.
Jin joins Rousseau's team in the past to find the radio tower, only to find himself flashing forward in time. In Los Angeles, Sun confronts Ben -- who offers proof that Jin is still alive. Locke puts himself at great risk to reach the Orchid station.
Eloise Hawking reveals the way back to the island, requiring Jack to take a leap of faith. Ben attempts to tie up loose ends, while Jack struggles with the truth behind an old friend's suicide.
